Overview
The KBGZDW series DC power supply cabinet system consists of AC distribution units, lightning protection units, rectifier module units, monitoring units, lower-level module acquisition units, step-down units, DC distribution units, and battery pack units. High-Reliability Modules
● Uses high-reliability, highly efficient power modules, available in both air-cooled and naturally cooled specifications, with efficiency exceeding 95%.
Intelligent Battery Management
● Automatic battery management and protection, real-time monitoring of battery terminal voltage, charge and discharge current, controls float and equal charge according to battery characteristics, and includes audible and visual alarms for over/under voltage and overcurrent during charging; includes temperature compensation for batteries, adjustable based on different types of batteries, meeting the thermal compensation requirements for various brands, thus extending battery life.
Open Interface Design
● Features robust communication capabilities, facilitating convenient connection to substation RTU devices or power plant computer monitoring system DCS.
High-Standard Design
● The system follows IEC standards, ensuring reliability and safety; uses low-difference current sharing technology in hardware.
● Parallel module output current imbalance is less than ±3%.
Main Modules:
1) Rectifier Module
The charging unit uses multiple high-frequency switch-mode power supply modules in parallel, with N+1 hot standby operation. The number of high-frequency switch-mode power modules is configured according to the following formulas:
Uncontrolled bus module: Number of modules ≥ (0.1×C10 + regular load current)/module rated current +1
Controlled bus module: Number of modules on combined bus ≥ (0.1×C10)/module rated current +1
Number of modules on controlled bus ≥ regular load current/module rated current
2) Step-Down Silicon Chain Module
Voltage regulation units are divided into DC110V and DC220V series. The DC110V system voltage adjustment range is 0–18V, DC220V system adjustment range is 0–35V, and for special 110V systems, the adjustment range is 0–14V, divided into five or seven voltage levels. Device capacity is selected at 1.5–2 times the continuous bus current. Step-down units can use manual or automatic control modes.
3) Monitoring Display Module
The monitor is flexible in selection, has an injection-molded panel, looks aesthetically pleasing, is easy to operate, retains historical fault and operation records without power, uses a high-speed, high-precision chip processor with stable, fast computation, and strong anti-interference capability.
