Our company produces a series of three-phase sine wave filters specially designed for inverters and photovoltaic inverters. Through optimized design, these filters can modulate the PWM output voltage waveform into an approximate sine wave, making the very high du/dt output voltage curve very smooth, avoiding extremely high peak voltages, and providing excellent protection for motor insulation.
They enable long-distance transmission, allowing the driver to output over cable distances of up to 2000m. They effectively suppress the high-frequency switching components of the driver, provide a sinusoidal voltage output to the motor, eliminate high-frequency motor noise, reduce the motor's hysteresis heat loss, and the sine voltage at the motor terminals can effectively lower motor bearing currents. This reduces the risk of electrical discharge between motor shafts and extends the motor’s service life and maintenance intervals.
They eliminate overvoltage and spike voltages caused by cable reflection effects, and pulse reflections caused by cable eddy current effects, thus reducing electromagnetic interference and allowing the use of unshielded cables in certain applications.
Carefully manufactured using silicon steel sheets, conductors, advanced production and testing equipment, skilled technology, and mature processes, these filters can replace products from ABB, Siemens, Yaskawa, Fuji, Schneider, and similar brands. The product quality and performance meet the relevant technical requirements of standards GB10229-88, IEC289-1987, JB/T9644-1999.
