The Kinbo KBYG series medical isolation transformers are specially designed for medical IT systems. There are two types: conventional single-phase medical isolation transformers and special three-phase medical isolation transformers, with a standard capacity ranging from 3.15 to 10 KVA. The product's core is made of 35WW300 high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets, featuring low hysteresis loss and high magnetic flux density. The windings are treated with double insulation, and a static shielding layer is designed between the primary and secondary windings, significantly reducing electromagnetic interference between the two windings. Temperature sensors are installed within the windings to monitor winding temperature. The entire transformer undergoes vacuum varnish impregnation, enhancing mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, low temperature rise, and low noise, specifically tailored for medical environments.
Main Functions:
Primarily, it achieves the transition of the power distribution system from a TN-S system to an IT system, with the input of the isolation transformer connected to the TN-S system and the output connected to the IT system.

According to the DIN 44081 standard, the internal windings of the Kinbo KINBO medical transformer integrate a temperature sensor PTC (120°C), providing a temperature sensor for insulation monitoring devices to achieve real-time temperature monitoring of the isolation transformer.
