Kinbo Technology UPS bypass isolation voltage stabilization cabinet (referred to as: bypass cabinet) is a protective device used for parallel operation of industrial UPS uninterruptible power supplies in rail transit, electric power, petrochemical, and mining enterprises. It consists of a voltage stabilization bypass and isolation transformer, and branch feeder lines. The system's electrical components are selected from world-renowned brands such as Siemens and Schneider. It features input isolation, automatic output voltage stabilization, bypass maintenance, overload protection, phase loss protection, short circuit protection, delayed output, and other protective functions. It can also be widely used in the bypass power supply system of large equipment. When a UPS itself fails or the load is overloaded, the UPS will switch to bypass. However, due to instability in the mains power grid, issues such as voltage sags or surges, power surges, attenuation oscillation, power interference, sudden voltage spikes, power peaks, three-phase imbalance, switching transients, and harmonic disturbances may occur. These issues can severely damage downstream equipment or even render it inoperable. In such cases, the UPS bypass isolation voltage stabilization cabinet can resolve all problems. The bypass isolation voltage stabilization cabinet consists of an isolation transformer, compensation transformer, voltage regulating transformer, transmission mechanism, brush contact system, control system, manual bypass switch, DC blocking diode (optional), transducer (optional), branch feeder system, and forms a complete backup mains bypass power source.
